I found this at work today. I'm having trouble finding info on it. It looks proof, and has all silver ridges. Drop test sounds silver. Any info on it?

Your coin is composed of nickel-plated steel. 4.43 g. (KM #765) 23.9 mm diameter.
I don't know the mintage but the current (2013) price list mentions retail value of $2.00 in MS-63 condition.

It is a Canadian commemorative quarter for the Winter Olympics. Mackaydon answered the rest of your question. Canadian coins will always have solid silver-colored edges.

The reeding on Canadian coin is different then American. I can usually tell from the reeding and then the question is whether the Canadian is silver or not.
