First and foremost, you can not sell on TNet without a Charter Membersihip (monthly or yearly).
Second, this isn't the appropriate forum for selling. TNet's Classifieds are.
Third, the '83 quarter is rare in upper mint state condition as they weren't saved in sufficient quantity to meet the current demand. Your coins are all circulated and only worth face value as there is no shortage on circulated grades of '83 quarters.

Offer the coins for $15 to the source you referenced then tell us what they said. Maybe they'd buy all our average conditioned similar coins ('83 quarters) for $5 each.

And yet the post remains where others can communicate via PM and arrange a sale (although anyone interested in circulated condition clad quarters and willing to pay the premium deserve what they get). It discredits the benefits paying Charter Members receive by allowing others to offer items for sale without paying to support the site.
