As far as I know, there are no Double Die varieties list for this Date and Mint of the Lincoln Memorial Cents! It may be just Machine Doubling but we would need pictures of the coin with close-ups to make any determination.

Post Mint man made damage! Someone had too much time on their' hands and a dremel.

The amount of time it must've taken someone to do this is amazing. That in itself should demand a premium but it don't. Cool find nonetheless.
