If there is no letter then they were minted in Philly. They're worth a few cents each.

Value will depend on condition and rarity. A 1934 or 1942 one cent coin minted in Philadelphia is not a rare coin. Even uncirculated, they're worth less than $10 unless they would grade better than MS65. Common dug wheats in circulated condition, are only worth a couple of cents each.
