I got a call from a local pawn shop that has my number, saying they had a bunch of morgans and peace dollars. When I went to check them out a found most where heavily cleaned with silver polish. I went through some and found two morgans and one peace that looked decent.
I was able to get
:
2 morgans
1 peace dollar
12- silver washingtons
1- rosie
1- 1998 silver premier set
all for
114.00

Why didnt you take the cleaned ones? Did they want too much? If you couldve got them from around spot id have taken them- silver is silver when it comes to junk

I was thinking about it. But she wanted like 23 24 each.
Not worth it the way I saw it.
Plus I had a bad feeling they could have been fakes.

She wanted 23-24 each for cleaned dollars but gave you the nice lot in your first post for $114? Doesn't make sense, but I wouldn't complain (about the buy you did make, that is).

Let me be more specific.
She paid 21 each. She took the loss on my three as a good will gesture since I educated her alittle on the dollars. Doubt she would have let them all go for a loss
