S or D mint

I found a Franklin half dollar and need everyone's opinion on it is it an S or D mint

Above the "D" is the bell clapper, not the mint mark--which is on top of the bell, under the "E" of STATES.

Not from that picture. You're not showing the area where it should be. Do a Google images search first so you know where to look and report back with a new pic.

Its actually no mint mark so a P. I dont find enough so I forget where the mint mark is. I'm almost half way to filling an album of Bens from CRHing

Its an O mint mark with a tail. Made in the New Orleans mint during Mardi Gras.
