Looking at some of my older finds, I keep looking at this coin in particular.
I see this 1792 quarter dollar contract issue. Only 2 known! I'm pretty sure it's not a rare coin knowing my luck ! I placed it in olive oil this evening to clean. Any input would be appreciated ! :)

While the front of the bust appears to match fairly well, it is still too hard to know for sure! Good luck on the conservation and cleaning and it will take a lot to get the coin to where it may possibly be identified. Just be careful and do not use any type of harsh cleaners, any brushes or anything else that could destroy much of it's collectibility not to mention, destroy any details that would then make it impossible to identify for sure.

I am wishing you the best as even in AG-03 condition, the coin would still be worth a lot of Quarters!

Thanks guys... That's all I can do for now is soak it in oil for a few weeks/ months !?
