Could be Ottoman

But once again, this is beyond my expertise in coins. They could also be from one of the many kingdoms that existed in Azerbaijan. Does anyone recognize the symbols?

Don't know near enough to identify the symbols, but just style-wise I am pretty confident to place it in the 1100's to 1400s period.

Those kind of coins can be found from the 800s all the way to the 1800s! It can be anywhere within that millennium!

Really... If you want an expert opinion, send it to NGC or PCGS. If the coin is encapsulated it means that it is authentic.
