Thank you!! I'm thinking these are very common and as a coin there is no value but I love the history of it and just want more info.

I am pretty sure that is a sestertius bronze coin of Hadrian who ruled 117 to 138 AD (one of the Five Good Emperors), and of course, the builder of Hadrian's Wall in England.
