Looks Japanese, but not sure which one. This webpage might help you tho. Japanese Coins - Identifying coins, values, abbreviated,,,,,,actually, I think its the 7th one down the list.

Japanese 1 Sen from the early 1900's, made of bronze,not sure of the exact date though, but I think either 1901 or 1902.
