Well, it has been a while since I have snagged a great coin deal on eBay. I received these three error coins in one lot, BUY-IT-NOW for $50.00. . . . . the eBay seller listed them in the "dimes" category instead of the "error coins" section. . . . .
1) 1989 Roosevelt dime struck about 65% off-center
2) 1979 Roosevelt dime missing the reverse side clad layer
3) 1978 Lincoln Cent struck on a dime planchet
... That's like $300 +/- worth of error coins for only $50 ~ SWEET SCORE!!

I love error coins. My 1955 double die Lincoln cent is my best piece.

Congrats on a heck of a deal! The 1978-P Lincoln Cent struck on a Clad Dime Planchet is well worth sending off to PCGS for Certification, Grading and Attribution of the Error and depending upon the grade it receives, it could be worth somewhat more than $300 alone. Also, the 1989 Off-Center Dime with Date could also fetch what you paid for all 3 coins.
