Old coin or replica?

I just picked this up at a yard sale I have no idea if it's real or not and it's so small. It's also in the bezel that looks like is marked Sterling or 9 to 5. I can't imagine it would be worth too much saying it's so small but I thought I would ask your opinions first. Thanks!
