Just some machine doubling, not a true "double die". Considering the circulated condition of the coin, it won't command much of a premium to collectors. If it was uncirculated, it might bring a buck or two on E-bay.

What you're seeing going from the letters toward the rim isn't doubling. That happens to the dies as they wear over time. Also it's not double die, it's"doubled" die.
