two memorial cent questions

Hi, I have two questions. The first photo is a 1998 memorial cent. Can anyone tell me whether it is a wide AM version?

The second photo is a 1970 S memorial cent. I'm pretty sure it is not a small date variety, but I'm not positive.

I am not sure about the '98, but I am pretty darn sure that the '70 is the large date variety.

I thought so on the 70s, but just wanted to be absolutely sure before it goes back into the change can.

On the small date, the top of the 7 is equal to the top of the 0. On the large date, the 7 is just below the 0.

In my opinion the 98 is a wide AM.
