1983 Penny , has a few holes but I noticed the D looked inverted. Could that just be after mint damage?

The 1998 Penny looks off centered due to the lack of rim on the East side .

And the 64 looked different to me but I can't pinpoint what it is. Maybe a lil off centered? ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1476592597.444090.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1476592612.328584.jpg here's another shot that shows full Penny. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1476592706.694852.jpg

It is just damage to the copper plating on the 1983. The 1998 was struck with slightly misaligned dies, but well within mint tolerance. The 1964 is also a normal coin. One thing I noticed is that all three have been pretty harshly cleaned, it doesn't matter on these but if done to a coin with collector value it would seriously decrease the value.

Thank you. Yes, some of the coins my uncle had were really shiny compared to the majority. I've rinsed most of with soap and water but tried not to mess with the residue too much. Sadly, I found a wheat penny that he must of cleaned as well.
Boredom perhaps
