Those are all plating bubbles. You have to remember, your question was kind of contradictory. First you said pmd, which is damage, then you called them errors. Technically they are errors probably due to contamination on the zinc core when it was plated.

all too common on Zincolns. some look like the face of Col. Kurtz from "Apocalypse Now"

press your nail on the bump & it will go flat

I am not sure about the chip(?) in front of Lincoln's nose and the other one on the "M" in AMERICA but everything else is plating bubbles/problems as stated.

Frank, the M looks like the zinc is starting to erupt from inside.
