It's very hard to see the entire area of so called cracks with all your RED LINES all over the images. Then again the average collector does not use a microscope to look at coins.

From what I can see, most of the things you are seeing are actually not cracks but striations on the coin from striking. If you have to use that much magnification you will see things on every coin. Minute stuff like that isn't important and for the most part cracks are common and don't add value.

Too much magnification has been known to affect the imagination...

That's fine.
I like the way they look.
Isn't important to you.
It is very important to me.
20x magnification isn't much. Just a hand held loupe with it up to the camera lens on my phone.
40$ cricket phone at that.

I wasn't trying to be rude, just stating facts that I have learned through the years. Passing along experience so to speak. Glad you like the things and will ignore you from now on.

Yep, the Reverse has a lot of Die Cracks! They are too thin to give much if any additional value to the coin over face value but you can definitely tell that the Die was coming apart from the inside out. I can't believe you did not mention the Machine Doubling on the coin!

I thought that I did mention the MD
What has me excited this morning is finding a 70d Lincoln that doesn't have any visible damage at 20x.
I'm kinda glad that the guy who ignored me mentioned before he blocked me... Lol.. I'm crying..
That if a grader doesn't see any damage below 5x magnification that is like a PR70 coin.
Thanks for teaching me that before you blocked me.

This isn't about monetary reasons for me. I just love studying the coins, no matter how minimal the error may be, I HAVE to catalogue it.
Maybe this is the wrong website for my kind of collecting.

Mike.

Haven't blocked you yet, but obviously you're numismatically ignorant. A business strike coin and any you pull out of circulation will never get a proof 70 grade. I'll see if you know why.

Didn't I tell you that I don't know what I am doing?
I'm not going to explain myself to anyone.
Why does this of all things have to complicate my life?
Why not just ignore me if you don't like the way I say things?

F@ck it and this forum.

I don't need stress.

Then don't let the little things stress you! Don't get mad because someone disagreed with you! Most of all, learn to take constructive criticism. If you're here to learn, learn!
