The rare 1969 is the large date, where the date is the same size as 1968. Yours is the small date, just worth face value. For the 1968, there are both silver and non silver versions, as well as some edge varieties. The edge varieties don't make a difference for value. As for silver vs non silver, silver is non magnetic but the non silver will stick to a magnet. Your coin looks like the non-silver but you can magnet test it to be sure. Non-silver will also just be worth face.
