It's an Islamic coin; dated in Arabic. The date can be determined if the pics were in sharper focus and taken in natural sunlight.
Orient the coin side with two stars to show the stars in the 10 and 2 o'clock position--for normal alignment.
Two Islamic dates will appear on the coin, the original date of the sultan's reign and the additional years since; adding the two dates will give you the Islamic date; then use the standard conversion formula to calculate the Gregorian date (ours).
On one side is the image of the sultan's 'tughra', a cipher that can ID the name of the sultan. I believe there were 36 sultans; and 35 tughras.

I believe this is your coin:

Made of bronze, weigh about 2 grams and have a diameter of 17.5 mm.
The Islamic year of minting is 1305 (1293+12); or though 'our' years of 1887 through part of 1888.
