Large Possibly Gold Coin

Hey Guys
My cousin received this from someone in Israel for helping them... through prayers. She lost the certificate? ( couldn’t find it)
Anyone have any info?
It is large and heavy about 2” diameter and 5/16” thick!
I think it’s GOLD! ?
