1996 Quarter with Extra leaf above arrows . . .
I have been trying to find out about this coin, but every time I "Google" it, I get TONS of hits for the State Quarter from Wisconsin with the extra leaf.
Found this 1996 quarter in my change Friday:
Which looked pretty normal at first, but then my wife took out the loupe because she thought she saw something unusual.
Inside the circle I drew, there is an extra leaf. It isn't damage from the other side of the coin. It isn't an indent, but a raised leaf with the same center indent as the others.
Any ideas, or has anyone seen one like this before
