a prisoner could yell to outside help that so and so is a snich and plans to tesify * or other similar type "unmonitered" chats -- cops moniter the prisoners chats and such to prevent just that type of interaction -- also there are limited visiting hours for a reason -- which can be withheld as a means of punishment --this subverts that "control" of inmates. --this is not for shouting at them per si but rather having illegal contact by "talking with them" illegally .

Thats funny. They have on weekend here the local DUI and drunks picking up trash in orange jump suits. They cover their faces to not be seen. Everyone honks and yells at them its a old southern custom.
