Hi Nate,

I'm new and this is my first post on TNET. I have heard of a brook in Thompson. Leadmine brook. I have not tried it yet but plan to this spring along with some others close by. my email is [email protected]. lets see what we can come up with. Give me a shout I'm in Putnam.

I can tell you most of the well known spots have been done to death.
You will need to get off the known paths to find hot spots.
I won't tell you the spots but hit the local Libraries and find the old maps and go from there. Someone whom quit metal detecting a while ago gave all research he did to my Bro in law to give to me. He had a lot of good info and I still have it to this day.
