Thanks Okie, that's the site of Indian long houses. As soon as the frost lifts I will check it out and will let you know what I find. Thanks again. greg

Just so everyone knows, I was very, very, sick with the flu all of last week. I'm still recovering this week yet, but things are a long way improving from then.

Thanks everyone, things should only get better from here on out. Last week had a 24 hour period without even 1 cup of coffee. Wasn't eating much before that, but got to where no sleep hardly or eating. Daytime for a couple days, sat in a chair with a blanket over my head. It's only since improving a lot this week, finally realized how sick I'd must have been....still a lot of sinus yet.

Hello Inspector, here is info from my file on types of marked spots.

Orange line box (or solid filled circles) for deeper man made gold objects or pocket gold in veins.
Green line boxes in general for various other targets, mostly archaeological such as old ruins or foundations but especially non-metallic objects like flint arrowheads, bottles, pottery, and carved stone markers.
Red circle is to mark areas, of loose or surface coins/treasure and artifacts of value, down to 1-2 feet deep.
Red line box for very deep coins/treasure or artifacts of value.

There is something in the area of the black circle, you may want to check out. I'm not getting any specific one type of target.....but there does seem to be at least a couple gold and silver items.

"the site of Indian long houses"
Here is a good video of how a UK dowser would go about using L-rods at archaeological sites.

The video is from (link)---The British Society of Dowsers
