How's it going everyone...

Went to a so called hunted out local park here in town Monday the 7th...

Went there with the intentions to dig those real deep iffy signals.. and that's what I did... heres what i ended up with after 4 hours of swinging... 7 wheaties and 3 silver dimes, all around 8-10 inches deep... vdi's on the high conductors at depth were bouncy from mid 20s - low 30s... low conductors seem to be more solid with the vdi's at depth.

I pulled a chunk of iron out of the 52 rosie hole.. it was about 3 inches above the dime.. pretty impressive...

Settings for that day

Park 1
My 5 tone program
Sens 21-23 depending on chatter
5 recovery speed
0 iron bias
Auto ground balance
No disc.

Awesome finds, have you tried bumping the iron bias up to fight the nails off?

If you dig everything, you don't miss anything. Looks like that's what you did. Kudos, the best way to learn the machines language is to dig it all.

Thank you....

yeah I usually have my iron bias set at 2 and 6-7 recovery and dig less iron but I wanted to see how iron bias 0 would do at this park and it did what I thought it would it do... was dig alittle more iron then usual but that's ok.. I don't mind digging iron or bottle caps.. to me 0 iron bias seems to unmask alittle better?

I completely agree with you... and thank you... i didn't dig every signal that day for the most part just the real deep iffy signals to see if i could pull some older coins or relics out from a pounded out small park... I did dig some shallow signals because I do like to hunt for fresh gold and silver ring drops...

what I have learned is that if it sounds good dig it! if it is repeatable dig it! A lot of people miss a lot of silver and other awesome things because they didn't get the "perfect" signal. yep, you're gonna dig some trash but every once in a while, you may get pleasantly surprised. Even when I am like a 100% sure that I am about to dig trash, I still dig it (unless really tired). I have been very wrong several times and was super glad that I went ahead and dug it. The machines are man made and can be easily fooled at times, just like us LOL. Sure, you can cherry pick but go back and see what you left behind, might be an eye opener.
