When you get into a tight place and everything goes against
you till it seems you could not hold on a minute longer,
never give up then for that is just the place and time that
the tide will turn.

Get as mad as you want, but hide it from the boss and the customer! Remember, no road rage in the company vehicle either!

bad move for a flower delivery company to fire any employee the day before Valentines Day. You'll likely be fired again tomorrow, after you see them through the biggest day of their year.

Did ya tell 'em you wanted a raise since you were in such high demand that they would first fire you, then reviewed your great qualities, and called you back again to work? If not, you missed an opportunity!
Dear Lord, lest I continue in my complacent ways, help me to remember that someone died for me today. And if there be war, help me to remember to ask and to answer "am I worth dying for?" - Eleanor Roosevelt
