This is right outside my house on a light pole. I'd like to tape a smaller sign near the bottom. My first thought way, "-Lost my glasses".

"I am strongly against cruelty to animals, so I will not even consider bagging my dog !"

I'm not trying to "tell this person what for". I'm just trying to make a positive (a joke) out of this. Perhaps the person will walk by again and laugh at what I posted. I live in a good neihborhood, so I wouldn't want to upset anyone. Just a 'joke' kind of thing.

Dogs pooping on the sidewalk...not that good of a neighborhood

Yeah, Yeah.. I know. But this kind of pooping on the sidewalk NEVER happens. This sign was just someone that was way uptight that day. I just want to post something that will at least, give them a little giggle so they can see the humor in there own post. Come-on guys and gals. We want a friendly laugh. that's all.

If somone put a sign in front of my
Property I would Normaly remove it.

However thinking about it a New sign
replacing it,

It is Illegal to post signs on Poles
So I removed your poopy Sign.

OK guys...here's the latest poop...

If you happen to know the dogs owner, collect all of the poop and place it in an envelope and place in the owners mailbox.

Oh, and attach a note stating that this unsolicited junk (poop) mail will continue until the problem is solved...

rest all everyone. No illegalities here. My house in a corner lot, and I have an outer side walk and light pole (all public property). So, it's not my yard. It's just a public access point I have access too.

bacuse it is taped to the pole nothing will be said,
But I Have seen it in the local paper a few times
when the Yard sales start.

Most poles belong to PP&L & other Public utilities.
there are times they need to climb these poles.

nails are very dangerous
and even tape can make a hazardous
condition. they allow it for 1 or 2 day sales
but you can be fined if a public utility service complains or worse gets injured.

and even on trees signs eventually fall off
that's littering.
