That child appears to have a huge bruise on his face from his nose and all across his cheek bone. Thank you for posting..I try and keep up with these on my private page and facebook!

Now that you mention it.. yes, he does... I wonder if this plays a part in it.... I have some freinds in canada that were talking to me about this, and my original approch was "lets make sure it isn't just a father figure taking the kid out of a hostile envirornment, before we judge the person that took the 3 year old. But, they (canada) seemed to be quite in tact with their opinion of the theif. So, lets at least go on this for now, and then sort it out later.
