Fixing America?

If you could address only three of the many areas that need fixed, where would you set your sights?
I'm thinking.........

A) Decreased government spending.
B) Increasing Small business opportunities and incentives.
C) and possibly tougher regulations on Banks and WallStreet. (Either that or attacking foreign trade.)

So many things need fixed it's hard to choose just three.
