man I was amazed someone copied and pasted the WHOLE post just to make a little comment more amazing to me then the facts about lemon. I wondered what the punch line would be also



I have to say I drink fresh squeezed lemon in my water every single day. I use 2 lemons. 4 big giant glasses and I love the taste without sugar. Just so refreshing but I sure didn't know about the freezing part.

Well it actually makes sense that the most concentration is in the peel, just like the good old potato skin.

I don't have the time, or interest in researching this, but it sounds good to me
