I see the face as plain as day.
The hat resemble that of a Sea Captain or a Pirate.
I was looking at a Side Scan Sonar image and saw something that the experts could not see. Guess what the EXPERTS were wrong. It turned out to be a ship wreck.
What the mind sees is often true.

this unusual face just reinforces the idea that the rock is pointing to treasure/s.
