What !! less pull tabs to dig up !! Oh no???
I would not like to force my kids to give up soda. The riot would be worse than the temporary sugar rush.
We have a McDonald's right across the road from the college here. There was talk about banning it here at the school, but the kids at lunch time are allowed to go across the road to Maccers to fill up, which kinda defeats the whole thing :)

be careful, a small 'pass to yes' on a vote as "not allowed in this area' will LEAD to worse.
we all seen it happen over and over

A ban on promoting huge sugary beverages in New York City was set to go into impact on Tuesday, March 12. However, the ban was overturned Monday by a court. Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the town of New York have vowed to appeal the choice. Have a look at here.
