Howdy (since Bill is in a country mood) all!

I am a terrible member to this thread these days. I need some convincing that there will not be a government take over. I am borderline because I was just up for a job that I am more than qualified for (and had the best interview for it in history) but lost because of stupid politics!!

Being one who is striving for a degree in Psychology, I understand what you have achieved.
I am striving to accomplish an achievement also to help others; not of the body and physical care...
But that of a mental and spiritual care.
Both are as important to life; one no more important than the other but both as equally important.

I have the most respect for your profession as I would expect for mine.

hey Backbacon, what is the perfect marinade for a pork loin you are going to slow cook all day?

4 lemons, quartered
2 lemons, juice of
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
pepper, to taste
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Place all the ingredients in a big zip loc bag and let marinade over night while turning the bag every few hours. This is a Greek recipe for a Souvlaki marinate and don't be afraid to add some extra garlic.

Nobody better to teach you the game. Sorry though. Now are you borderline or are you a borderline? Squiggy should get the reference. Analyze why you got passed over, learn, and apply it in six months when the other person fails.

Good evening guys and gals! Hope the first weekend of summer was pleasant, and even profitable.

Lets start tonight with a simple Bicardi Oakheart spiced rum, ginger ale, and slice of lime......piled high with ice

Tonight we are going to have the famous Grouper Rubin from the Islamorada Fish Co. ( one of the other 3 favorite eating places in So. Fla.)
You prepare a lg. fillet of grouper, either fried, or grilled, or blackened. On two slices of thick cut rye bread pile, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, the fillet, and thousand island dressing, put in pannini press,( or the grill, weighted down with foil wrapped brick), until cheese melts. Serve with lg. garlic dill pickle, and potato salad. Truly one of the best sandwiches you will ever have. It's even better in the Keys watching the sun set!
