I have heard several people inquiring about where to send donations to help out lobbying efforts here in Oregon.
I just got off the phone with Tom Quintal of the Willamette Valley Miners. He is trying to set up a fund to help offset some of the expenses we miners are facing fighting the bills currently going through Oregon. There are copying expenses, gas money, parking fees, etc. he is trying to help everyone who shows up at these hearings out with.
This fund is strictly to help out volunteers who are taking time out of their busy schedule to stand up for all of us in Salem.
If you are interested in donating to this fund (no matter how much you can afford, no amount is too small) please send your checks to:
