Frankn.... Have you ever heard of insurance.....? try it. (No offense but how can you work your entire life, pay off your home, live the American dream, and lose it all for $450 a year.....)

Well here you go. I was on a month long prospecting trip. The home insurance renewal came probably, the day I left. It expired the day before the fire. Hay, it was quite a bit higher than $450! Now the MH insurance Co tried to screw me out of $6K. Took me 8 months and arbitration to get that from them. I got even. I found out there was a $3k bid on the burned MH so I bid $3.5K and got it. Sold it for $6K. I went with a different insurance co on the new MH at 1/4 the cost! I admit I am not big on insurance. I look at it as a "share the cost of everyone elses problems". I see so many thoughtless, careless jerks driving on the road and I am subsidizing them insurance wise. I haven't had an at fault accident since about 1962. Frank...
