DID THE SAME HAND PEN THESE WORDS?

In your opinion does it look like the same person wrote these words and letters. The grey backed letters and words are from one document and the black and white letters and words are from personal correspondence.

IMO, no.

There are a number of differences between the writing styles.

My main interest is this: If a man was to try and change up some personal traits of his hand writing in order to disguise it, could his handwriting still be distinguishable? Are there some traits that can not be disguised like the natural angle and certain movements of the ink when forming a letter? What is a factor when trying to catch someone that changes up their hand writing to hide who wrote it? Can they still be figured out?

personally, I see similarity in a lot of letters that I pictured, and the differences are not subtle they are drastic.
