Roger,

They look tasty. We also do them in rounds and breaded with an eggs wash and crumbs with seasoning. Very tasty that way also.

Roger,

Yeah we got one of those spiralizers that make those veggie noodles that would work also.

Here's the recipe for the chips.

Lands sake! The big bad wolf has been huffing and puffing and trying to blow my house down all night long! I barely slept a wink!

Is it morning? Well good morning to y’all. Sorry if I am a little bit cranky.

What a way to start the 1st day! Worrying about if you're gonna live thru the night! Yikes!

Jim,

Yep lots of questionable practices used in what's called modern agriculture. I've heard that some farmers use liquified manure to fertilize their crops, problem being it's not been composted to kill any possible pathogens.

Then people wonder why there's recalls on lettuce and other leafy greens due to e coli, etc....

https://www.foodsafetynews.com/2018/05/no-quick-or-easy-answers-for-using-raw-manure-on-food-crops/

Not to worry! Just eat some of those wings and wash it down with the rum. No pathogens will live thru all that! :tongue3:

Good evening! For me at least... currently 61 degrees. Tomorrow a high of 65 predicted. Last night... 40! I almost put on a jacket!:laughing7:
Window installation today, I will save the finish work....inside... for rainy days.

I was asked if I would bid on a re-roof. I informed the nice elderly lady.. I really don't roof anymore I'm old, sorta fat.. it is a younger mans game. She informed me.. I know you and would like you to do it. I have been in the same community since 1969, so yeh people know one another.

After hearing the bids she had already received, and the 2-3 month wait... I said OK. I will have a couple of young dudes do most of the work. I will supervise. Turns out last storm removed a few shingles but the neighbor put RV type coating where the shingles once were. Insurance is paying? OK! If she did not have insurance I would have givin' her a rock bottom price. I have excepted trades also. You would not believe the stuff people have in their garage!
