That is a very important statement and so true.
If many just followed that in their lives it would make them not so troubled in so many ways. There's this need to rehash the past to the point the present living is impaired.

It doesn't matter what one did in the past one cannot undo the deed-live with it-use it as an experience but not beat one self over and over.

Yet the demons of the past do cast a dark sky over many, its just the way it is.

To confront, to deal with those demons is a hard one for many, but the seas will be calmer and one can sail a lot straighter.
