Want to write a book (NOT-FINISHED)"UPDATED"

Hi all.
i have this idea that i want to write a science fiction book.. now i have written the Prologue and i hope some of you might be intrested i reading it and tell me what you think.

the more input i get the bigger chance there is for my book to be good.

i expect that i can finish the book in 4 months but i want to be sure i have a good story line and a good start on my book.

Please let me know if you would like to read my Prologue and i will send it to you.

My book will be called " The Lindman Story - Freelance Fighter" it takes place in the year 8248 in the galaxy Teckron.

Now my Book is finished and i sent it to a good friend of mine, he is a editor and will edit it for me, soo soon the book will se sent to 15 publishers so please cross your fingers for me,

I wrote my book, "Trout Falls Chronicles" in late 06. I did it all on my own with microsoft word and took it to a printer and voila, $5 a copy, and I had my book. I'm in my second printing now. I have a publishing company and maybe I could help. I know all the ins and outs. Keep writing Gene the Author Man

I have no connection with the publishing industry - but I do have old mates who are avid SF fans. So send the Prologue if you want some honest opinions.

So far i have had mastereagle22 and Cynangyl to read it.. 2 different opinions , Cynangyl loved it and want to read the whole book, mastereagle22 thinks it needs more work.

i am now on 12 chapters and over 21000 words, i thank all of those that have given me input,
i know the Prologue is short and it takes more than that to capture the readers,
Well first of all , i am writing this mostly for my self, i had this idea for the story in my head for 15 years,
finally i get my act together and write it,
When it is done i will send it to a few Publishers if they like it well good,
if not hey i tried, at least i can say i tried,
