I am not a expert on old bullets but the smaller one looks very old to me based on shape.

If it helps I've found similar looking ones at a early 1900 home along with things dated around the same time. Maybe look them up by weight?

Most modern ones have copper jackets over the lead. Rifling marks would be visible if fired.

Ones from the civil war usually turn almost white as the lead oxidizes in the soil.
