11-15 Jackson county relics
hooked up with Rookie for a few yesterday and had a short (after getting shot down like 5 times) found the lead toy and a wheat there in Horton area. today I hit a place near myhouse for about an hour and dug a few cool relics along with another wheat. my second dog license dated 1901 this season, and a nice great seal army button. Also a very large button with a broken shank, I thought it was a LC at first the wheats are 1911 and 1928, thanks for looking, Griff

Nice relics Griff. I think you might get that LC before the end of this year!
The best I did all week was a '58 silver Canadian quarter in my change from the gas station today, the cashier did a double-take when she took it out of the register, now it's mine, yay!

An enviable pile of relics pg! What's the big decorative thing behind the truck? Love the metal toy soldier and dog tag.
Keep digging!

didn't know if postalgriff knew it or not but the brass decorative thing behind the truck looks like part of a mid early 1800's powder flask
