Hey tuffy, I am going to buffalo, ny to visit my sister for thanksgiving. Can you put an email blast out to friends about places to hunt around there? I caught wind of a silver creek, ny that is named that from a ship that sunk and left silver coins –giving the town its name. have any finds lately? thanks. My sister lives one hour south of buffalo, I may watch the steelers eat buffalo for thanksgiving dinner on that Sunday, mite be cold tho.

Actually silver creek is named after the steelheads that are in the creeks after the snow melts. Once winter is over the fish get stuck and you can just walk up and grab them by the tail.
