There's no place to detect here. My favorite spot produced a bunch of mercs some buffalo nicks, and 2 libertys but I cleared the place out. Need another flooding storm to get me going again.

Hi, All its Sanddigger, Long Island , Finds well as for me I had no luck . But you can sill find coin it Just Take a Little Longer. I went to the beach by me and did not even find my friend mr pulltab or mr bottlecap ! but I had a Nice Long Walk.

Still waiting for some storms to turn things around. Took my nephew to the beach to detect while I fished and he pulled up some clad, mot much though. Detecting season for me starts in about 2 weeks. Can't wait

Well if storm start thousand miles out at sea! Why do you have to wait ? What you need is to learn how to read a beach .You can start by looking at my first video on YouTube Metal Detecting Beach

I've had a bit of luck this year at Overlook, Point Lookout, Jones #4, Gilgo, and Robert Moses. Not a lot of gold this year, mostly silver. May go out tomorrow and see what happened after this blizzard. :skullflag:
