....the G2 is like the GBPro and GB(Pro)DP where there are same contols, different graphics, different coils + ONE 9v battery
The plain(the orig.) Gold Bug is a totally different critter! (ie different KHz than the others), and has a (metal) control BOX and has TWO batteries - did I answer your question?
