Swung the Beach Hunter ID today! (Tampa)

Well I went out at low tide this morning for about 1.5 hours and wish I had of stayed home. Four clad quarters, 2 silver dimes and 6 zinc pennies. Forgot how slow it is to slide the coil thru the water on my Beach Hunter ID. Think I'll wait for cooler weather before I go to the beach again, unless it's around sunrise.

Maybe I'll do another mod and swap out the coil with an Excelerator DFX/MXT 10" DD coil. Seems they have zero buoyancy and a little easier to "swish" thru the water. What ya think?
