destin area beaches

Going to Destin area in Oct. Any rules or regulations regarding detecting beaches that I need to be aware of? Thanks in advance..

Beaches are pretty open here. Just don't get (even walk) on the sand dunes! You risk a fine...
All in all, pretty good area to hunt, beaches are usually nice and clean.
