I went on a guided hunt along the Potomac River over the weekend and found this Mako tooth. It's 2.25 inches and a pretty black with white marbling. There were many nice finds among the group - including at least 5 megs.

Very nice~! the Isurus Hastalis (Giant Extinct Mako) is my favorite of the fossil sharks.
