Seriously, is it even possible to go looking for rocks and such and NOT pick up/examine and most of the time bring home every fossil you see?? They're just so cool!! Apparently I've been finding quite a few lately and according to my wife i should leave them so someone else can find them :laughing7::laughing7:

Wives frequently have greater wisdom than their husbands.

Time for more coffee.

I've been known to pick up a cool looking rock! One weighed 80lbs, 135 lbs, capstone of a treasure site, and 180lb pyramid rock (3 pyramids) on it! The 80 lbs rock was a ancient Indian rock, as they all read (Death to the white man)

Well i dont bring home anything quiet that big, mainly just things the size of a golfball or smaller, unless its a geod type rock thats a bit bigger.

So is there really ever a good time to show people what you found on this site or just ask for help identifying things and help others identify what they found?
