NEW CONTEST! Win a Civil War Star Base Washington Arsenal Bullet!

The winner of this contest will receive the Star Base Washington Arsenal bullet that's pictured. The rules are whoever guesses correctly and first will be the winner. You must be a resident of the United States to win and I will ship within a week. Contest ends with the first person to get the correct answer.

    Good luck everyone!

    The question is.........

Who is credited to be the first person to use an electronic metal detector to find Civil War relics?

The bullet was found near Antietam, Md. Within a mile of Bloody Lane on private property with permission and dug by myself.
