The best in 1950's quackery. A do-it-yourself muscle/fat stimulator. The instructions actually say to dampen the electrodes before applying to the body or head. Doesn't sound too safe to me.

Cool item ! I remember back in the 70's my parents bought some Inflatable Pants (as seen on TV ) to loose extra pounds . They would wear them around the house . It was hilarious .
